junior leadership programme
The aim of the Junior Leadership Programme is to give children a voice and eneable them to play a part in the development of the school.
At Field End Junior School we are proud of our JLP. Through taking part in this programme the children develop their self-confidence, decision making and team skills that they can take on to secondary school and on into the world of work.

Each child gave a speech to staff cand children in an assembly. Staff then voted taking the children's wishes into account.
